Opening Scripture: Matthew 4:23-5:3 NASB
Pastor Jamie was having a private conversation within his head, making himself laugh, as he heard the title of this new series, "He Said Whaaaat?!"
He plans to go through several of the things Jesus has said to answer some questions many people may have. Pastor Jamie starts this series out with the first beatitude in Matthew 5:3 "Blessed are the poor in the spirit, " using the NASB and AMPC. He also uses a couple of commentaries for different insights.
